Clinical trials are observations in clinical research which describes the safety and efficacy of medications, diagnostic products and treatment regimens which mainly developed for human use. These trials are also used for diagnosis, treatment, prevention, relieving the symptoms of a disease. In the pharmaceutical field clinical trials give main preference to newly invented drugs/medicines. These clinical trials include four phases which accurately gives the result of newly invented drug. Dose of the drug, half life of the drug and its various actions at various stages can be known more accurately. Phases zero, 1, 2, and 3 are the four phases of clinical trials which ultimately describes the pharmacodynamics, screening for safety, Establishing the efficacy of the drug, and Final confirmation of safety and efficacy, Safety studies during sales respectively.
